Prepare to embark on a new captivating gastronomic journey with Le Petit Chef. Starting on 11 May 2026, he invites his friends from Spain, Italy and Japan. Presented by Hyatt Regency Danang, this immersive dining experience blends innovative technology with refined cuisine, inviting guests into a world of storytelling, flavour, and imagination.
This new show is a shared seating experience. Tables can accommodate up to 4 guests. If your booking is for more than 4 people, the rest of your party will be assigned to another table. We kindly ask for a 20% deposit to be paid.

Arrival & Welcome
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the show begins. You will be welcomed and shown to your table.
Show Begins & First Course
Le Petit Chef comes to life on your plate — and with him, the first course of your menu begins.
A Journey with Friends
Le Petit Chef invites his friends from Spain, Italy and Japan — each course tells a new chapter full of storytelling, flavour and imagination.
Dessert & Finale
The sweet finale crowns the evening. Enjoy your dessert in a relaxed atmosphere.
Good to Know
Arrival Time
To enhance the dining experience for all guests, we kindly request that all members of your party arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking. Late arrivals will be accommodated at an appropriate interval.
Seating Allocation
Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, based on reservations. Please be aware that tables may be shared with other guests. Tables can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Children's Policy
A Kids Menu is offered for children aged 6 to 12 and a Toddler Set for children under 6. Attendance is not recommended for children under 3.
Deposit & Refunds
Once paid, the 20% deposit and purchase price of any Le Petit Chef menus and associated add-ons are non-refundable. Changes to booking dates can be made up to 48 hours prior to the original reservation by contacting dining.reservation@hyatt.com or calling (+84) 236 398 1234.
